Jeff's Burger in Ottobrunn

Vegetarian burger is amazing, patty is nice and nit made of just mashed veggies but there is a bite to it. French fries are nice and crispy, service is fast and friendly

Obviously the store has been getting a bit congested lately. Ordered, delivered after 1.5 hours, fries slack and the burger has a measured temperature of almost 21 degrees. On the phone I was told that there was supposedly something wrong with the car. If this is really the case, it is all the more embarrassing to deliver food that you know is now cold. I used to really like to order there, but I could have skipped the last two orders. For the sake of fairness, I would like to add that I was offered a replacement delivery during the call. However, I don't have time to wait another hour

The service is a disaster. Ordered at 18:50. Called 20:27 what's going on. Short answer, I am already on my way and there. You need 7 minutes for the route. 20:40 still nothing delivered. Called 8:45 pm and canceled everything. Cheek to be lied to so brazenly. The driver has probably not even started yet. No idea how the food is, nothing arrived. Two hours is definitely too much. Even during lockdown and co. Nothing is ordered there anymore.

WITHOUT WORDS!! I have seldom experienced such insolence. The food is really good there, but the service is unreasonable - customer friendliness = 0. Ordered a burger with cheddar sauce in the menu with fries. The burger itself came to me without sauce, the sauce was extra and also a wrong one (cheddar chilli). I called there and was told that the burger should NOT have any sauce ?! and the sauce would be with the fries You didn't care that I ordered the sauce for the burger and didn't care that I got the wrong thing. "There's cheddar on the burger, there's no sauce and that has to be enough!" and hung up. what is that?! Not possible - never again! And by the way, the quality has also dropped a lot!

OMG, how did we miss this place walking down across the street with my cousins. We will make sure to stop in when we can come back to Ottobrunn to visit my Aunt and cousins. I'm kickin myself for missing out on your burgers. Looks like I should bring you an expired Oklahoma tag off my old car.

Good hamburgers

Friendly and quick, lunch menu at a fair price, very tasty burger and great fries. If there is anything to improve at all, then I would want a firmer bun - but that's a matter of taste.

Burgers delicious, great deals. But the error rate is quite high for 2 out of 3 orders. Furthermore, when visiting the shop, no contact details were asked, which is not possible with the current situation.

Burgers, fries and finger food are good no question! But when it comes to service delivery time, this is by far the worst delivery service I've tried in recent years. I will not order again!

Food is good. tables are not clean. It takes a long time to get your order ready but it worth it!

Solid burger place in the southeast of Munich, worth a visit - especially after the recent remodeling.

Their burker and french fries are very delicious. I like the people who work there! The place itself is very inviting!

Very tasty burger. Unfortunately the concept is no longer the real one and a fast food chain is copied. The man who took the order and probably made the burger was very involved. And despite the lack of staff, tried everything to make his guests happy. He also only has 2 hands. So hats off to him.

Burger OK. A little too greasy and too much sauce. Doesn't taste fresh. The ambience is not that nice. The service is not unfriendly but indifferent.

Great burger. The burgers taste very good, the petty and the burger bun look homemade. The fries were also very good and crisp. A hamburger costs € 7.50 in the menu with fries and a drink € 3.50 extra. The burgers are cheaper at lunchtime. The preparation is quick. Food is ordered at the counter, but the burgers are brought to the table.

Burger super great .... !!! Highly recommended ... Staff with 5 guests already totally overwhelmed ... Drinks came only after the burgers were almost completely eaten, despite multiple requests from the waitress ...

Good burgers! Takes forever so you better not be in a hurry... Larger location is a big improvement! However even after several months the lady taking orders has no idea what she is doing, she needs much more training...

The burgers are freshly prepared. The minced meat is of very good quality, the bread is also good. The Belgian fries are really delicious. The only drawback: Long delivery times and on site in the restaurant, the staff is not really nice.

This is the 2nd time we order my husband loves it, I ordered chicken avocado burger without bacon it came with bacon!!!! I don't eat pork so that was total waste... I would love if the mention if the burgers (beef) is pork or pure beef, and it would be great to have the option of ordering smaller portions of French fries or onion rings the portions r big yes it is good but not good for me :) can't finish it

Delivery came 30 minutes late despite an early order. No problem if there is a lot going on, but there was no excuse, the supplier does not thank you for the tip, but the sauce supplied was opened and completely distributed in the bag. It doesn't go down well, especially when you're hungry. But the burgers generally taste good.

It's OK. The idea is better than the execution but price is suitable

Nice Burgers. Buns were perfect and petties were juicy can recommend. Lots of space for seating but desks werent cleaned.

We ordered 2 burgers and fries ( we paid for a sauce and received a totally different one, which was not necessarily the issue, they even gave us 2 pcs instead of 1). One burger was ordered without onions, the other one without jalapenos. We received the burgers with onions and with jalapenos, especially a lot of onions. One burger was even burnt, and both burgers were cold, the French fries were sticking to each other and to the paper. We have been ordering for over 3 years from them and most of the times the food was delicious, lately it is sadly not the case. I did call the restaurant to complain, they did offer to deliver us new burgers, which was very nice of them, but after waiting for over 70-80 minutes for our food, we were starving. Sadly we won't be ordering from Jeff's burger anymore.

Sometimes you have to wait. Creative selection of burgers, but there are places that have more juicy and flavorful patties.

Super delicious burger. Everything seems to have been freshly prepared. The bun was not this typical bun, but much more firm and pleasant in its consistency. I had the Texas burger and would choose it again. Prices are okay. Service is also okay and the wait is reasonable.

Fantastic burger place! Yummy food, delicious sides (fries, wedges, nuggets etc.). Decent portions at reasonable prices. Definitely recommended for burger lovers!

The food is great, but if you are hungry and need a quick bite, not at all the right place. Waiting 45 mins and still no sign of them coming out of the kitchen.
